We’ve told you how much we love Riverbend Press before, and so we were thrilled when they offered to give us three beautiful prints to give away to in conjunction with our upcoming webinar on this painting.
This print is really beautiful – printed on a product that is more like canvas than paper, it is durable and can hang unframed, as I do. It is a seamless combination of the upper vault and the wall of the Spanish chapel, which is a big deal! Imagine photographing from the middle of the ceiling nearly down the floor and having minimal distortion. It is an heirloom quality piece.

In all fairness, there is some. The top is elongated a bit compared to the bottom part. Each section keeps a lovely sense of proportion though, so it isn’t easily noticeable. Very well done!

I love this painting and I can’t wait to learn more about it. I saw the fresco in person as a college student while wandering around Florence, long before I knew anything about Charlotte Mason. The church where the painting is located has a small gift shop. Had a print of the whole picture been available, I would have bought it then and there. If I remember correctly, they only offered a few postcards of various details. All this is to say that this print by Riverbend Press is quite special! Thanks for the chance to win one!
